In-Office

Online Therapy

I offer sessions both in person in my office and online via Doxy secure telemedicine site. In both places I aim to create a warm and comfortable environment in which to safely explore with you what is most wanting attention.

Some of the models I use include Internal Family Systems (IFS - aka Parts Work), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and EMDR.

Walk & Talk Therapy

Nature helps us focus attention, increase sensory awareness, and see things from a new perspective. The practice of “forest bathing,” developed in Japan during the 1980s, has become a cornerstone of preventive health care and healing in Japanese medicine. Weather permitting and with client interest I conduct walk and talk therapy sessions in Stanley Park in order to take advantage of this healing power of nature.

Online Life Coaching

For clients living outside of BC, I offer online life coaching in accordance with the same principles of curiosity, connection, and integrating all parts of ourselves.
